Desired Skills:
- Experience writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.
- Excellent Swaps, Forward Rate agreements and OTC clearing knowledge
- 3+ years’ experience with platforms such as Calypso or Orchestrade
- Background in Mathematics / Science / Finance / Statistics or Masters in Quantitative Finance or other Technical Field
Tasks Include:
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Developing functional specifications for system developers
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance for the decision-making process

To be successful in this role as a Orchestrade Tester you will need to possess previous experience on trading platforms or post-trade processing platforms in the capital markets space, preferably Orchestrade, as well as a strong background in Quality Assurance. You would also have gathered extensive domain knowledge and experience across a variety of financial products. In addition, you would possess around 3+ years of manual as well as automated testing experience.
